American Kratom Association

AKA advocates for kratom consumers, product standards, state consumer-protection laws, and federal policy concerning kratom and related products.

Independent hub. No affiliation.

Seeds of Vice is not part of, endorsed by, or authorized to speak for American Kratom Association. This page describes public work and points readers to the organization’s own sources. Any membership, donation, campaign, petition, event, publication, or official instruction belongs to American Kratom Association, not Seeds of Vice.

01 / Their work

What I am following.

Its 2026 public work includes state Kratom Consumer Protection legislation, federal litigation and scheduling issues, and a sustained effort to distinguish natural kratom leaf from highly concentrated or chemically manipulated 7-OH products. Those characterizations are attributed to AKA’s own public materials.

What I used: this summary is based on the organization’s own public material or current publication record. Where a policy claim is contested, this hub attributes it rather than adopting it as SOV’s conclusion.

02 / Use Seeds of Vice

How Seeds of Vice can help with this work.

03 / Proper use

Their work stays theirs.

AKA’s product classifications, scientific arguments, lobbying positions, litigation, and calls to action belong to AKA. SOV can add a state-by-state and institutional public-record layer while clearly attributing disputed claims and policy positions to their source.

Use Seeds of Vice to add public records, state-by-state context, source trails, institutional maps, and documented outcomes. Do not contact anyone in American Kratom Association’s name unless the organization has authorized you to do so.

An open invitation to American Kratom Association.

If Seeds of Vice can help document the public record around one of your projects, use it. I will keep your work attributed to you and point readers back to your own material.

If this page describes your public work inaccurately or a source has changed, send a correction or update. The purpose of the hub is to make your work easier to find and easier to support accurately. It does not speak for you. Review, inclusion, sourcing, correction, and removal standards are published in the Organization Hub Standards.
