Use this form when a hub is wrong, the work changed, a source moved, or there is a group I should add. Give me the strongest source you have. I will check it before I change the public record.

Tell me which group and page you mean, what is wrong or what changed, and where I can verify it. You do not have to represent the organization to point out a mistake.
Tell me exactly what you want me to look at.
Give me the best source you have. Official and first-party sources carry the most weight.
If you say you represent the organization, I will still verify that before I rely on it.

I review these submissions under the Organization Hub Standards. If I make a material change, I may keep the old wording and the reason it changed in the internal archive. A hub does not imply affiliation just because it exists.
