Public progress & documented outcomes
See the work, follow its sources, and check what happened next. A published comparison is a research output. An institutional answer, correction, or change requires its own evidence.
The entries below establish a public starting record. This is a selected register, not a count of all work completed. Patient identities and private submissions are not displayed here.
Published research
These entries link to completed public comparisons. Their source pages preserve document limitations, uncertainty, and review context. They do not establish that a clinic changed its policy or that a patient gained care.

Iowa: 22 selected provisions
Published comparisons separate agreement terms, historical workflow material, and access policies. Physician and ARNP baselines are distinguished.

Indiana: 30 selected terms
The public comparison places selected office terms beside its cited baseline references and stated consequences. Follow the evidence labels and source limitations on the record.

Illinois: 30 selected terms
The comparison separates agreement provisions from access, payment, and optional-service policies. Source conflicts and missing agreements remain identified.
Institutional responses, corrections & changes
No institutional-outcome entries have been added to this register yet. That describes this register’s current contents, not a finding that no outcomes exist elsewhere. An entry belongs here when its source record is available for review and safe publication.
Documented refusals, partial answers, and unresolved disputes also belong in the record. A research publication will not be relabeled as a policy victory.
What an outcome entry must show
- The question: state, responsible institution, specific condition, and the request or correction sought.
- The record: dated request and delivery evidence, the response or relevant follow-up history, and a safely shareable source.
- The result: answer, partial answer, referral, document disclosure, refusal, correction, policy change, disputed result, or documented nonresponse.
- The limit: what changed, what remains unresolved, effective date where relevant, and whether a connection to SOV’s work is actually supported.
- The history: publication and review dates, later corrections, and links to superseding evidence.
