Contract for Care — Tennessee
The Tennessee Contract for Care workspace is the state reform workspace. Its mission is to organize the Contract for Care objective already carried on the current Seeds of Vice state record: preserve the controlling source, define the change target, track the formal change mechanism, collect current institutional documents, assign project work, and maintain a durable record of progress.
Recorded project objectiveSeeds of Vice records its state objective as removing the signed pain-management-agreement condition from the Bureau’s covered chronic-pain workers’ compensation framework while preserving individualized medical review and documentation.
Formal change mechanismBureau of Workers’ Compensation policy / guideline process, including its medical advisory structure where applicable.
The National Network is the shared workspace where members can compare state findings, ask cross-state questions, and volunteer on another state's work.
