Contract for Care — Nevada
The Nevada Contract for Care workspace is the state reform workspace. Its mission is to organize the Contract for Care objective already carried on the current Seeds of Vice state record: preserve the controlling source, define the change target, track the formal change mechanism, collect current institutional documents, assign project work, and maintain a durable record of progress.
Recorded project objectiveSeeds of Vice records its state objective as amending NRS § 639.23914 so treatment extending beyond thirty days does not depend on execution of a prescription medication agreement.
Formal change mechanismStatutory amendment through the Nevada Legislature’s health-policy process.
The National Network is the shared workspace where members can compare state findings, ask cross-state questions, and volunteer on another state's work.
