Contract for Care — Vermont
The Vermont Contract for Care workspace is the state reform workspace. Its mission is to organize the Contract for Care objective already carried on the current Seeds of Vice state record: preserve the controlling source, define the change target, track the formal change mechanism, collect current institutional documents, assign project work, and maintain a durable record of progress.
Recorded project objectiveSeeds of Vice records its state objective as removing the signed Controlled Substance Treatment Agreement requirement from Vermont’s covered long-term opioid rule while preserving individualized clinical planning, informed consent, and clinically justified monitoring.
Formal change mechanismVermont Board of Medical Practice / Department of Health rulemaking.
