The Mississippi Contract for Care workspace is the state reform workspace. Its mission is to organize the Contract for Care objective already carried on the current Seeds of Vice state record: preserve the controlling source, define the change target, track the formal change mechanism, collect current institutional documents, assign project work, and maintain a durable record of progress.
